    I set up and ran my first Zoom night. A chance to try out two new songs. It was nice to chat, play a bit and wish everyone all the best for 2021. Let's hope for some good news soon. x

    Something different: with Lockdown in place the White Horse are running their night on Zoom. A new experience for me, with the uncertainty of not knowing what people are seeing and hearing (sound & pic quality) their end. All good my end and quite relaxed sitting in the kitchen watching (and listening) on a mobile phone.

    A final live outing before Lockdown 2 - I wonder if we'll get to perform again this year? Two plaintive songs to suit the mood and a chance to remember my mum, who's been gone for 9-years now! Hopefully, I'll see you on the other side. x

    • The only problem is
    With the changing of the seasons we have moved into Chiddingly Village Hall and we met all the Covid rules - actually, it's a nice venue. I started with my song in memory of my mum and then gave my latest number a second out as I'm preparing to go back into the studio and record it. It saves studio time if I'm confident with how I want it to sound.

    After 4 months & 11 days, a return to live action outside at the Bells. We're still someway off from playing indoors! Gave all 3 of my Covid inspired songs a first live outing. Good fun and a chance to catch up with old friends. Blog

    March 2020: Live music came to crunching halt with the coronavirus restrictions. During lockdown I recorded some live performances (just me and my guitar) for You Tube from my red chair. I also produced a further 8 official Videos for my recordings.

    First live outing in over 5-weeks, partly due to a nasty cold that lasted for yonks. Opened with my mum song in memory of my uncle, who had died the previous week and had suffered with dementia. I followed that with a new song, 'Tell me', that features on my next EP, Then & Now 2. I accompanied Heather on the Bread, song, 'I want to make it with you' and closed with Heather helping me out on 'Little red car', which also features on the new EP. Blog
